This 2 1/2 hour workshop will give you an opportunity to approach hand sewing as a moving meditation. We will follow our intuition and explore the Japanese craft of mending something tattered, which is called Boro. 

Learn new skills not only to re-purpose old garments and bring them back to life, but also to encourage self-awareness and relaxation conscious movements and breathing.
